Submit comments to the World Bank online regarding the implementation of the Strategic Framework for Development and Climate Change until July 31st.
The World Bank promised civil society that the channels of communciation would remain open following the 2008 global consultations on its Strategic Framework on Development and Climate Change.
The Bank released an initial report detailing the progress made on the Strategic Framework that was approved in October 2008. Read the report here:

Comments on implementation of the Framework will be accepted until July 31st, comments will be posted online unless otherwise specified. The Bank plans to post responses to civil society feedback by September 1st.
