نرجو أن تكونوا قد قمتم بملأ إستمارة المشاورات حول سياسة الإفصاح الموجودة على موقع البنك الدولي. إذا كنتم لم تملؤها بعد فآخر ميعاد لملأها هو 5 يونيو 2009. من الممكن ملأ الإستمارة باللغة العربية على موقع البنك الدولي.
